How to request a ride?
To request Fuel follow the next steps:
- when opening the app tap “Choose pickup location”, the app will set your pickup location via GPS;
- if you need to change the location, type in your exact address. You can also input your destination there;
- choose your service plan
- Depending on the plan selected, choose your brand or station or enter the amount of fuel you want to buy

How are the tariffs calculated?
OneGallon delivery fare is calculated as a sum of base fare, fare per km from the fuel station to the delivery point. You can see the approximate tariff for the trip at the bottom of the screen by inputting the pick-up location and your destination in the app.
How long is your delivery time ?
OneGallon delivers fuel from the nearest fuel station to ensure you receive your fuel as early as possible except in the instance you chose your fuel to be purchased from a specific fuel station in a particular area.
What is terms of payment?
Payment is to be made before the delivery of fuel.
What is the mode of payment?
MoMo and fuel coupons are acceptable forms of payment. For companies, we accept cheques as well.
What are OneGallon's hours of operation?
Our vehicles operate and provide deliveries 24x7 around the clock.
